I have been a great fan of rock music right from childhood. This is one genre of music that keeps me alive and kicking. Off late, I have been hearing a lot of music composed by the band, Paramore. They have started a new website that contains all the information about the band, has profiles of the band member, audio & videos of all their albums. This is one site that all you Paramore fans are looking out for!!!

As a matter of fact, this rock band has managed to displace Madonna off the top spot of the album charts this weekend with their latest album, “Brand New Eyes”. It’s hard to believe that Madonna’s greatest hits compilation, celebration, stayed at the top of the album charts, but only for the minimum amount of time. The impact, the latest Paramore Album has manged to create is simply mind boggling.

Imagine the soul stirring music that the band has created when the competition for the charts top spot was in the form of Muse’s Resistance (Booo), Newton Falkner and the US powerhouse that is Barbara Streisand.

Like all hardcore rock music fanatics, I was eagerly awaiting for their tour. But the bad news is that the band has just cancelled a batch of US dates due to one of the band memberes, Williams suffering from laryngitis. The shows are due to recommence in Chicago on October 10th.

Paramore’s supporting tour for their latest album sees them starting off their tour on the 10th December in Glasgow’s SECC , and climaxing at Wembley Arena on the 18th. For more information on the paramore tour dates, check out their main website.
