I’m seriously looking out for a good material handling consultant. At the moment my company warehouse is in dire straits. It has begun to crumble apart a bit, but now, it’s bursting at the seams. It’s started to look very bad. Hence I feel I need a material handling consultant  who can involve right from the beginning, right at the planning stage.

It is always better to get involved right from the start. Planning is an essential step to achieve this objective. I don’t know, maybe that doesn’t matter to a large extent, but I’m not particularly willing to chance it. What I need and want is strategic planning and precise budget development. I’d even like to have computer simulations of my facility plans and layout.
